The finishing plant is equipped with three edge trimming lines and one slitting unit manufactured by Germany DANIELI FROEHLING; four tension leveling lines respectively manufactured by Germany UNGERER / SIEMENS / Italy FATA; and one coil coating line manufactured by Italy FATA as well as Italy TECHINT-manufactured packaging line for multi-size vertical/horizontal continuous automatic packaging. The edge trimming lines and slitting line can process and output 1XXX, 3XXX, 5XXX and 8XXX series of alloy strip with 0.1-2.0mm thickness, maximum width up to 2080mm and maximum coil weight up to 30t; in addition, the cut-to-length line manufactured by Italy SELEMA can process and output alloy sheets of 0.3-3.5mm thickness, maximum width up to 2100mm and in different length of 1-8 meters. The coil coating line is the first domestic professional chrome-free treatment production line for food can end stock and tab stock products, ranking the world top level.
